I do sometimes worry that this "full scale demonstration" might not work as hoped, but also I equally worry that by the time we come to the party all of the available contracts for enriching will have been let out to other better prepared providers. Decades ago maybe, I asked why nobody used our groundbreaking technology and the response was that in a capital intensive industry those who have written down their initial expenditure can "do it cheaper than us." No one said "because we don't know if this process can be scaled up!". This is why I sold down my holding to a point where the remainder owes me nothing some years ago.
