Taurisk, I am interested in the fact that one reason the young may vote for the Greens is due to housing unaffordability.
Given that the Greens have no policy to reduce immigration and intend to increase the refugee intake which will not only increase competition with the young for unskilled work but also housing and funds for social reform.
Then we have the Greens as the ultimate NIMBY (not in my backyard) force, they will inhibit the building of new homes to add to the housing stock to help reduce or stop price increases.
So in effect the young are shooting themselves in the foot in what I think is the one if the most important issues facing this group.
