He bumped up his salary years back when, in thinking Samsung would take over, he could cement such in that new arrangement. He maintains that salary because he can as CEO and for as long as his remuneration is ratified by AGMs. If I could near break even and get out, I won't care what he has been paid. So far on past and present performance, it seems there is little chance of that happening. Maybe they will consolidate again to keep the CRs going if the sp gets low. Not a bad business model.
