The deal intends to guarentee 50 million in revenue over 5 years to ADY.
Plus 4 mil up front and ADY retains royalties over the mine life.
This effectivly is a JV isnt it ??
Best case scenario it seems to me as the useless ADY management can just kick back as the money rolls in.
If anyone understands this latest ann could they clarify what it means now for ADY
