Considering Putins aims was all of Ukraine in 3 days, I’d say for a cost of well over 300k troops never to be able to fight again, thousands of tanks/IFVs destroyed and the defeat of his Black sea fleet by a country with no navy, all for 9% more territory and full control over none of these areas except Crimea (which he already had) is not winning.
