I agree with Gareth, I think it’s really unlikely to think commissioning could be in 2025. Final permits are forecast to get submitted for approval in June 2024 with the expectation of govt approval by December 2024.
hard to imagine the govt will approve any faster than 6 months (given that 2 year turn around in WA is considered fast, so 6 months is already heavily expedited).
So assuming construction doesn’t start till January 2025 and it likely takes at least 12 months to construct, the earliest for commissioning would be Jan / Feb 2026 (and commissioning takes ~3 months).
