Hi All,

I'm not trying to pump the stock that is unlisted nor do I actually care what you do with your holding when it gets relisted. People that know me know I'm certainly not the share police and everyone is entitled to do with their investment as they see fit - this will also apply to me in time as well but for obvious reasons of the size of my investment compared to others means I'll have to wait until the company is fully operational and transitioned from a micro cap to a small cap to a mid cap over time - its the only possible way for me to get out and this will take years of work which I know. I've been here before and will no doubt be here again so its just the process.

I'm on here though as there are 15,000 shareholders who have had very little communication of late and I have come onto the board to push change and get the company aligned, funded and to move it back to a relisting. I will give you factual information only and where someone asks my opinion I'll share that too if I think its worthwhile. I'm not a scientist and I'm not an expert but I have been around this industry for a while now so would consider myself a little more informed than the average person but I won't be right all the time and you will all need to make your own call on what you do with your investment. I know that not everyone will agree with what I say nor like me and that's ok too but it won't change my putting more information out on this forum for shareholders to discuss and debate when it is appropriate to do so.
