There is no value or reason in my eyes to vote for a wind-up of the company. I'd rather vote against and allow an independent administrator, even if this meant chewing all funds. Regardless, shareholders will be receiving nothing but it will ensure that nothing is covered up or further swept under the carpet. I will be voting against and I hope others do to. The only way we will receive anything will be a successful class action against insurance so i wont be doing anything that this BOD recommends.
