I thought you were one of the more sane RWs. Like it or not the case made it to trial. So by the benchmarks there was enough evidence.
I am going through the whole case but
1 The accused cannot explain what he was doing there. His explanation is horseshit.
2 He just leaves PH, without checking on BH
3!Flatmate says BL get a bit handsy when drunk
4 Work colleague says BL got a bit handsy on her.
5 A woman has him up on other charges.
