Omg please tell me we r not going over the water rights AGAIN!!!
ASN OWN THEIR WATER RIGHTS !!!
If any gov dept wanted to take that away from them - the $$$ compensation would b enormous
Can u imagine a judge contemplating the amount when asn have paid and finalised these rights and without them the company would lose billions of $$$$
NOT GOING TO HAPPEN- the whiners can whinge all they like but ASN have purchased EXISTING rights!!! and are legally allowed to extract as much as each right allows them to and the greenies can have as many fxxxen meetings as they like - ain’t going to change a thing !! Without ridiculous amounts of $$$ compensation
