Its not very complicated.

In MEI terms, since you may understand that better, I will try to explain.

In early January 2023, MEI was around 5c. It reached 20c in May 2023. So in this phase of 5 months price action was very good. It has not gone back to 5 so that people can buy it back at 5c.

From May 2023 to Dec 2023, for around 7 months, it is just playing around over 20 (average would be around 22 I think), getting to 28 high. This looks to me holding pattern. In last 7 months not much real gain has happened, multiple times you could still bought it at 20 (unlike last phase where you couldn't buy back at 5c). So price action was average, holding, not much gain. Hope slightly better and shorter explanation. All the best.
