One has to decide for themselves when the share price is either fair value or above what the price should be. I am getting closer to the idea that the massive rise in the share price recently has made this a less risky option of selling a portion of the holdings. With the intention of getting back into the company when not if it falls back down. We may not see a price of under 20 dollars for a long time but I do not think a price of over 30 is the new bottom.

I may miss some of the next dividend but if say I can buy in 2 or 3 dollars lower at least below my sell I think that is better.

Also this is a good idea to spread out my tax why do i want to declare 200,000 aud capital gains in 1 single financial year. I do not want to pay the highest rate of tax unless I have to. So I intend to realise some of the profits and try to do better than what i would have got just taking the dividend in February/March.
