You could add a couple more factual points to that list .......the sitting judge in his criminal trial offered to fatso's lawyer that if he wanted to plead guilty she would take that into consideration when sentencing. Thats not something that a judge would say if the DPP didn't have a solid case. Also the impression many insiders had was that if the jury wasn't hijacked the odds of a guilty verdict were very good.
