    Dont you mean they have 104 MILLION shars on issue???

    I don't understand your maths? Why would Icon shareholders pay more than Joe Public on an IPO? Everyone will be entitled to shares at 20c on the float - all this means is that current Icon shareholders will be given a priority to participate in the share issue - ie IF they choose to participate

    Also Icon are being issued 7,500,000 shares at 20c which is $1.5M not $5M

    So yes I think you have misinterpreted their announcement.
