in the reconstruction before relisting a number of creditors were issued with shares at 2.0 cent each... i suspect it is these creditors who have had over 50 million shares who have been selling..and for some reason they have wanted to dribble them out on market rather than sell as a line to brokers who may take them out completely (if 300+ m could be put away in a placement, then shouldn't be too hard to take out a line of a few million...

the placement is to be voted on on 13th.. we may see result around this time and see the stock move accordingly
