Why is he still on the board at Roots if they know this about him and he has been removed as director from other companies as a result of his inappropraite self serving financial schemes - the announcement that is pending is no doubt about this issue and maybe they are about to launch a CR to pay legal fees, haha anything is possible with scammers if this is what Roots is being revealed to be?
