Positive for Zimbabwe, probably, positive for Invictus, possibly. Getting expertise in developing a gas industry can only help all. My only complaint is that in choosing a partner, I wish they would have gone with more "friendly" nations, such as Qatar or UAE or even the Saudis. Algeria has long been an OPEC hawk, and its govt in the past has taken actions that were not all that positive for its own domestic industry (typical overbearing govt, with a huge anti-western chip on its shoulder). But Algeria also seem to be learning from past mistakes, as Zimbabwe, at least on the surface, seems to be doing. So fingers crossed for all concerned that no roadblocks on put in the way of private industry in playing its role.
