Are you sure ? mabybe the funder IPL relised just how much MXX were prepared to pay in a settlement with CHM and just got a bit to geady... Who would have though that a legal firm would be gready?
IPL will no longer be the funder buddy, so whatever their oppinion is.... well its not even as valid as yours or mine !!!
It all comes down to what MMX are prepared to offer and unless you have inside information then I would suggest your just stabbing in the dark.
