Oppies 164M
Total. 492M
Divide shares into Cash = $0.032 compared to last share price $0.039 or about 20% discount.
Simple math and great smoke and mirrors by Management. AZL being AZL.
Back to the start of this post...we need cash but the cost is quite an extensive dilution.
