Pep needs approval or gas shortage in few years. That simple really.
As it seems a political the decision, approval is like how long is a piece of string.
Better off to just be done with it as it's inevitable.
Delays may bit them in the backside later as still will take many years to produce.
So even if approved, still may have a shortage as years, wasted.
