do you expect energy to get cheaper or more expensive over time?
a two week swing in gold or oil is not a great guage for a trend.
granted IF the governments globally stop lying out of their asses about economic data, then oil could well fall lower. But it seems to me because a majority of trades in markets are off the back of algorithms.. they can keep the market going up as long as they lie about data and the algorithms act on those lies
