I am now a first time new holder. Yet I think issuing these free options without any raised funds alongside, becomes an obstacle for new investors. Could turn very ugly when / if funds aren't forthcoming. Sp only has to drop 10% to get the cap raise jitters coming. Reinforced downward pressure...
it's in shareholders hands right now, regarding buying those options. What's plan B? A new investor has to factor in this new dilution, whether there is a future cap raise or not.
Comes down to reality of cash in the bank or no. Fantasy bonus bucks may be more expensive than envisioned.
Hopefully options uptake will be swift.
