    The govt action is over a piece of land just north of Broome for onshore Gas processing.

    Nothing to do with ARO in anyway.

    Basically the govt is trying to screw them on the deal and they won't play ball with him.

    Native title is with the land owners, the government simply manages the process and processes the paperwork.
