I don’t know much about CAR-Ts but it sounds like they’re needing the tumour burden reduced so they can reduce the CAR-T dose? Whilst I don’t know how it would work with liquid tumours, in the solid tumour space, it probably gives greater emphasis to the need for onCARlytics which should significantly reduce tumour burden leaving any residual to be treated by a smaller dose of a CD19 CAR-T therapy.
No doubt it’s something they will look at during the onCARlytics phase 1.
