I think the Goshen sale is a very positive outcome for SSN. Cash is king as they say. I'm not sure what its impact on the sp will be but what it will bring is a highly anticipated level of certainty and confidence to the company's future direction and sp going forward.
I'm not sure what value you place on financial security and market confidence, but the SSN management have released their own figure. Other external commentators/brokers have also released a sp valuation which is substantially higher than the current sp being traded.
Drill results are what normally inspire the sp to surge upward. With the Goshen transaction formally closed, the next set of results (if positive) should see some very confident buying and investing.
