If they don't' have a lazy $300 million hanging around it would appear they certainly don't have the $3-5 billion for rehabilitation obligations responsibilities and liabilities on Jennings farm.. it would appear they don't have the borrowing capacity either.
Rest assured the rehabilitation issues on Jennings farm is certainly not going away nor is the pursuit.
It would also appear some people make wise decisions when one may have to be looking at limiting a loss.
