I keep reading all this nonsense on the property market crashing, high interest rates leading to a burst of the bubble etc.
Lets face it, the property market is more stable than the stock market. Baby boomers, Gen x & SMSF are looking for a more stable investment than the stock market and an investment you can rely on to give you ongoing income. Dividends from stocks are too unreliable now so property is the better investment IMO.
When is someone going to grow a pair and put a date on when the property market will crash? Until this happens you are like the boy who cried wolf.
