May I suggest that we all consider the use of CTP's coal for electricity generation from a similar viewpoint as did the planners of Victoria's brown coal industry for electricity during the first half of the 20th century when industry was then undeveloped.
The thermal content in total of CTP's coal is comparable to Victoria's brown coal allocated to electricty generation.
Industry will come to use the power if the electricity is available economically. Conix
