The structure of the document reads more like a complete summary of Northern area technical work and legal situation.

Very clearly spelling out the work done, the size of the resource, further expansion opportunities and chronology of licence applications and disputes and therefore valuation of what's at stake for:

a) buy-in / take-over, or
b) claim for damages under ICSID, or better
c) a MOU and agreed way out to work together with other parties, the language of the document leaves that door open in my view.

I can image this was issued like this to the court(s) as supporting evidence. Many of us LTH always knew Carriere de l'Este was big!
