Yes Lars - as with many mining projects it is not uncommon for missed timelines. As we see with Iluka ann last Friday. The RE sector in particular has far greater requirements than an off the shelf mining fleet - processing plant - IP and CAPEX - throw in the end market demand and one will clearly see Nolan's is no run of the mill gold mine project nor a simple bulk commodity bauxite - iron ore - coal mine development for example.

I'll share another view of mine and I may be ridiculed. Take a look at the date of this 25 million SP & options - yes it's one year from the large Dec 2022 121 million SPP and it also happens to be the same wording re Australian and overseas institutional investors. Then on several occasions - presentations or quarterly reporting I don't recall management have stated Hancocks large investment to 10% being held until finance - so when I suggest this SPP of last week could be a sweetener - it may just be - that on the anniversary of the Dec 2022 SPP a nice predetermined sweetener was to be gifted to those insto's for their continued support through to financing. OK speculation of the highest order - where is the change of holding announcement - uum.

Nolan's is just far to advanced - yes they have missed advised timelines but all else remains and progresses - I find it frustrating the very important Kexim ann went totally un noticed. But anyway the company has not gone digging up and spending large capital for show boating. No - they just advised they anticipated finance completion and to roll into full production now - so it's delayed - and I'm buying because this ridiculous low sp for this very advanced - shovel ready - globally important critical minerals supply has so many countries and companies of the highest order getting behind and supporting it - so what's another 6 months I say.
