Merger: Yes or No, page-997

I think I wrote it before. I think I am eligible, because the shares I bought are "stored" by Clearstream in Australia. (The downside is that the type of depository doesn't give me a HIN and SRN number and I can't vote, maybe Clearstream could.) At least one of my online brokers already listed a "voluntary capital measure", which I can choose to participate in. Originally, it listed a 1:1 exchange for Arcadium lithium D.R.s but that was later changed to unkown security. I imagine it would be replaced with Arcadium Lithium shares if the merger is approved. If I don't do anything then I guess I would get the CDIs, but I am not sure if I could trade these at tradegate exchange where I usually buy and sell shares. But I would choose Arcadium Lithium shares or whatever it will say anyway.
