An interesting post, thank you. Two quick comments:
(1) Your comments on dividends (none for several years) and buybacks ((finished) are at odds with the plans flagged by WHC when it announced the details of the BHP purchase a few months ago. Shareholders can still expect a dividend in February next year, for example.
(2) A suggestion for your next post: Some paragraphs would help!
