As I have mentioned previously, I bought NEU before the Trofinetide trial results came in, because I thought the science looked good. And then the clinical results were indeed great!
However I had no idea how long commercial deals can take, and I lost confidence that a deal would happen - so I sold at very modest profit around the time of the share consolidation. Good on you for holding strong.
I missed out with Neuren, but I have learned a very big lesson. Specifically - as you say - trust the science and be patient with the deal making process. And that is what I am doing with Imugene. Like yourself, I have the luxury of being in the green because I bought into IMU very early - but some of my later purchases were at way above the current share price. I'm not worried about that.
I have never felt comfortable putting an estimate on the possible future value of Imugene - but I must admit I enjoy reading your suggestions. When you say "$10 should be easy enough" I feel a little faint.... That would indeed be life changing for myself and my family.
So I don't put a number on it myself, but I have looked very long and hard at Imugene - and at the wider cancer treatment market - and there is no doubt in my mind that the potential value of Imugene is quite eye watering.
I'm very comfortable with where things are going. I see real hope for those living with cancer...
