Until then we have to hear the less intelligent posters tell us that Drc does not care about international law, will go against its own mining code, will dissolve a jv thst clearly conveys responsibility to Icc, all so they can take a few bribes and stall this project for decades.

Effective tommorrow, dathomir back tracks on any idea thst the jv is void leaving comminiere with limited foundations to suggest drc local court approved such dissolution.


Whilst it's all going in our favour, one lesson though is never to invest in the drc again. A sad outcome for one of the poorest people in the world, but an outcome that should be owned by zinjin, comminiere,,, some drc officials AND the forum members looking to influence a slow down or cancellation of Australian interest overseas, shame...
