What a complete debacle!
There is no doubt that there was an unacceptable conflict of interest here, especially given her position, however given that her holding in S32 was only around $2.5K in value this appears to be an embarrassing oversight and not an intentional event. Is this small holding a relic of the BHP spin out some years ago?
I'm sure that if the chief minister has an issue here that there may be other govt members with 'small oversights'.
Coincidence that we've had a sell off on great news today and this story broke? Could any NT govt members had a holding in TVN that is suddenly uncomfortable?
