When one is a director of Creso and also Everblu and pays funds to a person illegally to pump the company “Creso” in which he is a director of that does not exonerate him and or Creso it in fact implicates the company and himself.

The ASIC release is pretty clear IMO.

A majority shareholder has rights under ASX and ASIC regulations and laws so effectively Adam is still in control from your own words.

The feeling is ME1 is done! You can change the name, the ASX code but even post Adam at the helm as director nothing has changed.
