whilst i expect this might be to fund phase 1, if so it will be minor as the bulk of cash was in place.
But i also feel this is around phase 3 noting that discussions were moving towards a december timeline. Perhaps they need money to progress it, or perhaps there is a insto placement, in either instance anything on phase 3 is a big deal ...
Hold your breath, it could be positive noting that option conversion was only recently done, i do not feel they would be wanting to issue alot of shares for no rason
