When you look at the location of where we will be using the generation, you have a far greater amount of issues to contend with.
With banks of 50MW units which can be remote operated and monitored the risk is greatly reduced.
Performance, efficiency and reliability will be key factors in driving what is installed.

Yes, I have commissioned and maintained combined cycle units. See Siemens project in Egypt as an example. 14.4GW (yes, gigawatts) in 27.5 months. It can be done expeditiously. If you do not believe me, look at Siemens website which I linked below.
