I don't think you have any understanding of the last court case where AVZ had a decision go against them. There was already plenty of precedent for AVZ to know that email addresses of shareholders need to be released on request. They just wanted to slow down the early propaganda from Fat Tail. Going through a court case achieved this desired result. Based on the final outcome of the AGM, I would say AVZ 'won' the case.
I think this one gets thrown as a vexatious claim with costs awarded to AVZ. Courts don't like having their time wasted. It appears the Chinese puppet masters are getting a little desperate.
I think there is 'fair minded' observers and then there is just amateur and clueless.
