What interests me is given Nittetsu can earn up to 45% and RXM want operatorship then by logic that leaves no room for a third partner, or one assumes if a third partner offer is looked at seriously by RXM then do they the Nittetsu have first right of refusal - i would think so - so to me that is it in terms of partnerships??????? - does this makes sense to other rxm posters
