That sold to BG for what? Around $5.3 billion?
That would value EXR shares at around $4.70 by my rough calculations. And that doesn't include any further inevitable credit raises they may pull.
We can't get above 10 cents, so talk of $4+, heading towards $5 is a fair piece of literary license IMO.
I'll be happy as a pig in poop if we get to $3.
