    Yes installed and commissioned in three weeks. That is easily done but it would be around 18months to build the infrastructure to be able to drive the Turbine & Generator. It would take at least 5 months just to build the foundation for the Power House.
    For a start it is a simplex unit and not a Combined Cycle system.
    The efficiency of a simplex is way less than a CC unit.
