Expect a flurry of waffle announcements to come like they did during the last cap raise in a desperate attempt to get the price up. That failed, and the cap raise didn't raise the amount of money they wanted either and I suspect this time they will raise even far less money putting them closer to becoming a going concern.
When the share price is down over 98% in 5 years why would anyone want to give HCD money.
