I'm a little mystified as to why people are throwing around figures of 1,000,000 customers. If this is the end-user base then it won't lead to more revenue unless of course it leads to more artists signing and renewing each year.
Maybe 1,000,000 is the suggested figure for how many artists will sign - possible I guess. This leads on to a couple of questions ...- Does anyone know how many artists they currently have signed?
- with so many big names already involved (itunes etc.), will it make much difference that Telstra and Nokia have joined?
