An announcement before Christmas is possible. We are now nearing the 3 month point on the appeals decision if going by the initial submission date.
That being said, if it happens next year we could be in for a very strong few months and a good start to 2024. Appeals rejected, finance completed and purchase agreements signed. Following these catalysts, being named a strategic project would also occur early next year. Obviously on top of all that, the overall market should also be far more bullish with money coming back into the spec side as rate cuts near.
