AVR will not be taken over for a song. Someone might pickup a sizable stake at a relative bargain though. A takeover will only happen when either of the two (or is it three) large established players feels threatened. I think they feel pretty comfortable just for the moment... however, this will definitely change at some point... but when ? probably another year or two away. patience.... patience....
