    He's not an idiot. He is making valid points. If your company is below the value of a shell company on the asx. How much money can you raise? How much is needed to complete a drill program? Say $30m.
    if you buy today you could possibly see your shares diluted into oblivion.
    how is managements track record? Have they successfully done this before?
