Scott is a great example of why technical people shouldn't run companies as he's been taken for a ride by sophs now on multiple occasions. The corporate/business side of things are very different to technical matters such as interpreting seismic and drilling data.

I work for a multinational engineering consultancy and an engineer has never made CEO because the business world is a different beast. If Scott's serious about turning Invictus into a multi billion dollar company, he needs to seriously consider stepping aside to a CTO or equivalent role and handing off the corporate side of things to someone more experienced. Also needs to bin Chiappini.
