    Not one Director took up any shares in the SPP, doesn't that ring alarm bells? It does to me. Thankfully I got out of ALC a long time ago, think management are taking a big risk gearing the company up with staff with not enough money to pay them so had to do a cap raise.

    Good luck to holders, think you might need it with the CEO.
