Your inability to comprehend the business model of Spenda does not signify that there is no strategic plan in place. Perhaps that's why you have "not held" as your disclosure, and why myself along with many others have accumulated significant holdings here.
The "comfort" investors have are the many contracts entered into by the company that will soon produce exponential revenue.
